Be familiar with product information and develop marketing plans.
Provide consulting services to clients, understand their needs, and identify appropriate products or services.
Coordinate relationships between regional distributors and sales staff.
Maintain good communication with clients, handle customer complaints, and provide attentive customer service.
Responsibilities
1. Through the company's training, master the company's product advantages and certain financial and tax knowledge. 2. Contact the customer resources assigned by the company, develop potential customers through telephone development, WeChat operations, etc., invite meetings, and finally close deals. 3. Maintain old customers, improve customer satisfaction, increase renewal rates, and obtain referrals. 4. No financial major is required, nor is it required to know too much about financial and tax policies. The company will provide pre-job training. Job Requirements: 1. Age 20-25, clear articulation, and excellent communication skills. 2. College degree or above (requirements can be relaxed for capable candidates). 3. Passion for sales work, strong desire to make money, self-motivated and responsible. 4. Ability to withstand certain work pressure and positive energy.
